The ground floor comprises a large entrance hall and storage racks for wellies and outdoor clothes, as well as books for the use of guests. The adjoining downstairs cloakroom contains WC and basin.
The comfortable lounge with views to the hills has two sofas and armchair, plus a TV and DVD player. Its double doors lead to a gravelled patio area with garden table, chairs and parasol, and plenty of space to barbeque.
The spacious kitchen-diner is comprehensively equipped with oak units, electric cooker, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, washer/drier, fridge with freezer compartment, flat-screen TV and portable radio. The oval dining table comfortably accommodates six people.
Leading off the kitchen is the games room, with full-sized snooker table, games and audio equipment.
Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms with exposed rafters:
Master bedroom with double bed and windows to south and east
Bedroom 2 with double bed and window to east
Bedroom 3 with 2 single beds and dormer/roof window.
The bathroom is fitted with a luxurious P-bath and shower, WC, basin, and heated towel rail.
